Applied Minerals, Inc. to Hold 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

NEW YORK, NY--(Sep 13, 2012) - Applied Minerals, Inc. ( OTCQB : AMNL ) (the "Company") will hold its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 3 P.M. Eastern.

At the meeting, management of the Company will provide an update on the business and answer questions from shareholders. The meeting will be held at the Concierge Conference Center located at 780 Third Avenue, New York, NY.
